Stay in style at this newly Renovated 2-Bedroom Farmhouse. Enjoy all the modern amenities of current day, as well as some unique features from the past, like the authentic 1950's refrigerator (in mint working condition) in the fully equipped kitchen.Â
Located just minutes from Seneca Rocks, and alongside the new grazing area for the Renovated Barn Farm Animals, the quiet country road setting is an ideal place to escape into the mountains of West Virginia. The covered porch offers guests a place to relax outdoors, and there's a firepit in the back yard for late night campfires. The house sits on 27 acres of mostly wooded land, with river access (when flowing) just next to the house. Don't be surprised if you look out your bedroom window to a family of deer looking right back at you!
*The Farmhouse is suitable for adults and children 13 years and older.
*Also please note, we are located on a quiet residential road, with neighbors just across the road, and we live immediately next door. We hope guests will be respectful of our neighbors, the property, and the contents of the house. Smoking is permitted outside only.Â

Had a wonderful stay, the animals are very enjoyable to watch from the porch , the house was very warm and welcoming .. will definitely stay again !
5 Star Renovators
Most "renovators" are really nothing more than decorators. Putting lipstick on a pig and calling it renovated because it looks nice while the systems underneath are rotting and failing. Not at the renovated farm house. Its not only beautiful but very well renovated with quality systems and modern upgrades. My wife is a decorator and she gives 5 stars for the cuteness and well thought out visuals. I look beyond the facade and grade the quality of the construction and I give it 5 stars for that. They clearly care about their renovation projects and the total experience of their customers. Great Job team! Looking forward to trying out the renovated smoke house to complete staying at all three properties.
Perfect Place near Seneca Rocks
The Restored Farmhouse was a perfect place to stay in the heart of the mountains of WV. We planned a 4 day trip, including sunrise and sunset photography at Bear Rocks and Spruce Knob overlooks. The location was perfect for both. The Farmhouse was cute, comfortable and fully stocked with all you need for a great stay. The vintage refrigerator in the kitchen is adorable and worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The house has great internet connection. Deer will greet you as you return in the evening! Highly recommend!
Delightful
What a delightful trip this was! The house was the perfect combination of secluded but also close to Seneca Rocks and other sites. The animals on the property really made the stay magical. I look forward to coming back!

The farmhouse had us feeling at home as soon as we stepped in the door. Everything was very clean, they go the second mile to accommodate!We hope to be back someday!
