Accommodating guests for over a decade, the Renovated Barn offers a unique experience to stay in a real barn, while staying right next door to a friendly group of ffarm animals. Your neighbors will be goats, ducks, peacocks, and a pig!Â
This small but cozy Barn offers 1 room with attached bathroom. In the room there is a Queen bed, kitchenette, sitting area with TV/Netflix, Wifi, and small table with 2 chairs.
We give guests privacy while staying in the Renovated Barn, which is located next to our home, where we live with our 2 dogs. Our dogs are fenced in and kept away from guests, though they are within sight and do bark on occasion. The Renovated Barn is on an actual farm, so I do come onto the grounds each day to feed and tend the animals, once in the morning and again in the late afternoon. Guests are permitted to feed the animals, provided they follow the rules as written in the Welcome Guide.

From the East: Follow 33 W toward Elkins. 3 miles after the intersection in Seneca Rocks turn right onto Roaring Creek Rd (at the 2nd church). The Barn is located exactly 1 mile up Roaring Creek Rd on the left.
From the West: Follow 33 E toward Seneca Rocks. You will go through Onego 3 miles before Seneca Rocks. Turn left onto Roaring Creek Rd (at the 2nd church). The Barn is located exactly 1 mile up Roaring Creek Rd on the left.

The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
